Winners were announced at the 2009 International Association of Culinary Professionals Conference (IACP) International in Denver on April 4.

I have been eyeing this book for a while and will have to pick it up now!
I love this book. My husband got it for me for our 4th anniversary. I made fougasse for him (his choice). It will always be a part of our anniversary story now!
